PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. 

BOOKING POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received and the deposits will go toward your final total.
 
LATE POLICY
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or shortened depending on schedule availability. Late arrivals will be charged the full service amount.

 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit.
 
- Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
- No shows will be blocked.
 
HAIR PREPARATION POLICY
Wig customization before the first installation is mandatory for the Golden Experience. The wig must be delivered 2 days ahead. 

For the best results, only high quality HD lace and premium hair are recommended.
